Easy Coconut Truffles
Ingredients:
1 cup/ 128 grams dedicated coconut
½ cup/ 64 grams cashew nut powder
1/3 Cup/ 40 grams condensed milk
½ tsp vanilla essence ( Optional)

Steps:
- Place 1 cup desiccated in a mixing bowl, add ½ cup cashew nut powder, vanilla essence and condensed milk make sure to mix well it all the condensed milk it soaked by the coconut mixture. *( See notes below)

- Take a tsp of the coconut mixture and give it a round shape . This quantity makes 12 truffles.(*Recipe notes)

- Dredge the ball in a 1/2 cup desiccated cococonut.

- Chill in the fridge & serve.

*Recipe Notes:
• If the mixture sticks to your hands , grease your hand before rolling the truffles, or u can refrigerate the mixture for about 30 mins. and then make the truffles.
• You can substitute almonds or pistachios for the cashew nut powder.
• You can add colour to the dedicated coconut while dredging it.
• If the mixture turns to soft add a bit of desiccated coconut till u can shape it.
• The truffles can last up to a week or two in the refrigerator.
